Learn the integrative, scientifically grounded approach for working with neurodiversity—and help your clients live in harmony with their nervous system.
The Eigenraum Approach is a holistic, integrative framework for coaching, psychotherapy, couples therapy, and family therapy. It was developed specifically for working with neurodivergent people. In a psychotherapeutic context, it is particularly effective for ADHD, autism, high sensitivity, dyslexia, and alexithymia.
At the heart of the Eigenraum Approach is the person’s lived experience, with the goal of fostering authenticity, individuality, self-worth, and freedom. Self-awareness is supported with empathy, and scientifically grounded tools make it possible to shape life in harmony with your nervous system.
As a framework, it is method-agnostic, i.e., independent of the practitioner’s specific methodological orientation. This makes it suitable for everyone who wants to shape their work with neurodivergent people in a scientifically grounded and effective way.
With the Eigenraum Approach, our institute pursues the mission of fostering compassion, diversity, acceptance, insight, healing, freedom, and connection—through a growing community of skilled practitioners who carry this stance into the world.

This training is for you if you already work with clients in a therapeutic or counseling setting—or would like to do so.
Note: The intensity of this program can be challenging for many (if not all) participants. The training includes an extensive practical self-experience component, in which the taught interventions are meant to be experienced and tried out firsthand.
An open, scientific mindset and a willingness to experiment are an essential part of the training and are therefore required. Most participants experience this practical aspect as a transformative part of their personal development.
Neurodiversity is becoming an increasingly important part of work in healing professions. Being able to recognize neurodivergent people and support them effectively is key.

The training is divided into 11 modules completed over 6 months. Each module consists of an online live seminar (2×50 minutes) and a case study with Q&A (2×50 minutes).

I am Nazim Venutti, a clinical psychologist and composer from Hamburg. I founded Zensitively to support people in living in harmony with their nervous system.
Since 2012, I have supported adults and couples in strengthening relationships and navigating neurological traits such as ADHD, autism, and high sensitivity. I offer practical, scientifically grounded ways forward for everyday life, work, relationships, and health.
With over ten years of experience, I place special value in my practice on human connection and a mindful, compassionate stance. My work is shaped by a deep understanding of individual needs and a holistic, integrative approach.

A loving, peaceful way of relating to myself carries over into the outside world. Today I experience encounters with warm-hearted people—something I never thought possible. These experiences strengthen my confidence and self-assurance.

I have never experienced anyone working with such passion and dedication—and treating someone like me with such appreciation and mindfulness. I am deeply grateful for this experience and for the growth I’ve been able to experience here. Thank you.

Mr. Venutti’s humanity and remarkable expertise impress me anew with every session and ignite a thirst for truth in me that continually inspires and strengthens me.

It’s hard to put into words how much working with Mr. Venutti changed my life—and continues to change it. Our work together for more than four years not only supported me in processing a major blow of fate, but also helped me develop personally to a new level.

It was so valuable and sharpened my perspective on many things in life and on how I relate to the people I love—things that really should have been so clear. For that, and for the wonderful impact it has had, I’m endlessly grateful!

We’ve been in couples counseling with Nazim for almost two years, and the change in our relationship has been truly extraordinary. What makes Nazim so exceptional is his ability to help couples recognize their own strengths, appreciate one another, and stay anchored in love.
