Training in the Eigenraum Approach

Learn the integrative, scientifically grounded approach for working with neurodiversity—and help your clients live in harmony with their nervous system.

The Eigenraum Approach is a holistic, integrative framework for coaching, psychotherapy, couples therapy, and family therapy. It was developed specifically for working with neurodivergent people. In a psychotherapeutic context, it is particularly effective for ADHD, autism, high sensitivity, dyslexia, and alexithymia.

At the heart of the Eigenraum Approach is the person’s lived experience, with the goal of fostering authenticity, individuality, self-worth, and freedom. Self-awareness is supported with empathy, and scientifically grounded tools make it possible to shape life in harmony with your nervous system.

As a framework, it is method-agnostic, i.e., independent of the practitioner’s specific methodological orientation. This makes it suitable for everyone who wants to shape their work with neurodivergent people in a scientifically grounded and effective way.

With the Eigenraum Approach, our institute pursues the mission of fostering compassion, diversity, acceptance, insight, healing, freedom, and connection—through a growing community of skilled practitioners who carry this stance into the world.

How will you grow personally and professionally?

Neurodiversity is becoming an increasingly important part of work in healing professions. Being able to recognize neurodivergent people and support them effectively is key.

It was so valuable and sharpened my perspective on many things in life and on how I relate to the people I love—things that really should have been so clear. For that, and for the wonderful impact it has had, I’m endlessly grateful!
