» I wish this book would be read in schools, practices, and families—not to treat people, but to understand them. «

Very valuable!
A great book! Very clearly written—I even got through it easily even though I’m not much of a reader :)
An infinitely valuable approach, a true gift for neurodivergent people
This book is a real game changer. It avoids clichés and opens up a respectful, clear view of neurodivergent lived experience. I immediately noticed that this is written by someone with lived experience, bringing together both professional expertise and personal experience. I especially value the focus on self-regulation, self-leadership, and emotional clarity. It’s not about adapting—it’s about understanding yourself better and finding new ways at your own pace. The exercises and prompts feel practical for everyday life and at the same time deeply meaningful. A book that doesn’t instruct from the outside, but strengthens from within. For everyone living neurodivergently or who has neurodivergent people in their life, it’s a gift. Truly worth reading.
An insightful journey to myself
Mastering Neurodiversity is, for me, a book that doesn’t just inform—it also moves you. It creates understanding for an overwhelmed nervous system and gently shows how we can find more safety within ourselves again. The language is clear, the stance is mindful, and the self-regulation exercises are perfectly paced. For everyone who is sensitive or under strain, this book is a valuable companion on the path to greater self-acceptance. It’s easy to read and perfect for dipping back into again and again. A book I will return to—and I’m sure I’ll discover something new and exciting about myself every time.
An easy-to-understand introduction to the topic and lots of practical tips
I only recently found out that I’m neurodivergent and was looking for a book as an introduction to the topic. This one is entertainingly written (I read it in one day), informative, and thankfully not too technical. I understand myself so much better now and I’m so grateful for that! The many practical tips/exercises are also very helpful—I’ll definitely adopt some of them in everyday life! The book is now next to my bed :) I can absolutely recommend it!
