General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1 Scope of application

These GTC apply to all purchases of the digital product (e‑book) in our online shop by consumers (Section 13 BGB – German Civil Code).

3 Subject matter of the contract

You acquire a personal, non‑transferable right to use the e‑book in PDF format.

4 Conclusion of the contract

By clicking the "order with obligation to pay" button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order or provide the download.

5 Prices & payment

All prices include statutory value‑added tax (VAT). Payment is due immediately and is processed via Stripe by SEPA direct debit, credit card, instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung), direct debit, or PayPal.

6 Provision & access

After payment, the e‑book is immediately available for download in your protected members area. There you can download it again as long as your account exists. Access ends when the account is deleted.

7 Rights of use

The file is intended for your private use. Sharing, reproducing, or publishing is prohibited. Quotations and printing out excerpts for your own personal use are permitted.

8 Right of withdrawal

You have a 14‑day right of withdrawal. It expires as soon as the download begins, if you have expressly agreed to this in advance and confirmed that you are aware of it (Section 356 (5) BGB). Without this consent, no contract is concluded.

9 Liability

In the event of slight negligence, we are only liable for essential contractual obligations and at most up to the amount of the purchase price. Claims in the event of damage to life, body, or health or under the German Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

10 Applicable law & place of jurisdiction

German law applies. For disputes with merchants, Hamburg is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.

11 Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12 Changes to these GTC

Changes are made only for legitimate reasons (e.g. changes in the law) and apply to new orders from the time of publication.
